The vendor is prepared to finance 50 % of the purchase price interest free on following conditions:

  • Financed amount to be paid in 12 monthly instalments;

  • Purchaser has a clear credit rating  and is gainfully employed;

  • Complete an application form supplied by vendor; and

  • Supply satisfactory references and evidence of income.
